Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

By purchasing and using Evuree garments, you acknowledge that compression garments apply firm pressure to the body and may not be suitable for all individuals.
You assume responsibility for proper sizing, use, and monitoring of comfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVUREE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of Evuree products shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Georgia and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Disputes will be handled individually. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
