We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Post-Operative Consultation Recommendation

If you have recently undergone a surgical procedure, we strongly encourage you to schedule a complimentary sizing consultation prior to placing your order. Proper fit is essential for optimal support and recovery.

2. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days prior to shipment.
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in advance.
• If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, you will be notified promptly.
• Domestic orders not received within 7 business days after shipment should be reported to info@evuree.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Return Window

Evuree offers a 10-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

• Returns must be received within 10 calendar days.
• Items received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
• Sale or promotional items are eligible for store credit only where applicable.


4. Return Authorization Process

All returns require written authorization.

5. Return Eligibility Requirements

Due to the intimate and compression nature of our garments, returned items must meet the following standards:

• Unworn and unused
• Free from odors (including perfume or body odor)
• Free from stains, deodorant markings, or bodily fluids
• No stretching, laundering, or alterations
• Zippers, hooks, seams, and straps fully intact
• Original packaging included
• Sewn-in authentication tag attached

6. Hygiene & Product Integrity Standards

Evuree garments are intimate compression products. For the safety and hygiene of all clients:

• Garments tried on without proper undergarments
• Garments that show signs of stretching or strain
• Garments that have been altered, tailored, or modified
• Garments with compromised hygiene integrity

are considered used and non-returnable.

If inspection determines that merchandise has been worn or altered, the return will be denied and the item returned at the customer’s expense.


7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or promotional items (store credit only where applicable)
• Garments missing sewn-in authentication tags
• Soiled, worn, or damaged items
• Body shaper thongs
• Custom or special-request orders
• XS, XXS, XXXS, and sizes 4XL and above


8. Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 10–15 business days for processing.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund
• Refund timing may vary by financial institution
• Third-party payment providers process refunds according to their own policies


9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact info@evuree.com before initiating a payment dispute.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of all Evuree policies.

In the event of a chargeback, Evuree reserves the right to provide:

• Delivery confirmation
• Policy acknowledgment at checkout
• Communication records
• Inspection documentation

Fraudulent disputes or policy abuse may result in refusal of future service.

Evuree reserves all rights permitted under applicable commercial and consumer protection laws.


10. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Evuree, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all published policies, including Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Dispute Terms.

Failure to review these policies does not exempt compliance.

Evuree reserves the right to refuse service, limit future transactions, or deny returns in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive disputes.
